Eric Pritchard

Eric Pritchard represents many of the nation’s largest and most successful providers, manufacturers, monitoring facilities and lenders in the medical alert industry. He regularly advises and represents such clients in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, executive employment matters, day-to-day operational agreements and subscriber agreements and health care licensing among other significant matters. He has lead hundreds of transactions ranging from multi-million dollar debt and equity deals to serial acquisitions as counsel to leading national roll-up acquirers.

A litigator turned transactional lawyer, Eric’s blended experience affords him a unique perspective on risk mitigation and related transactional issues. He is a nationally recognized speaker on legal issues in the life safety industries and is regularly invited to address companies and industry trade associations around the country. Eric currently serves as legal counsel to the association.
