Kelly Johnston

Kelly embarked on her professional journey at Prudential before transitioning to US Healthcare. At US Healthcare, she excelled in operations management and led the self-insured business, managing large Fortune 50 companies. Following Aetna’s acquisition of US Healthcare, Kelly led several integration teams before becoming VP of Patient Management Operations.

In 2001, Kelly co-founded Health Advocate with former colleagues. As COO and eventually Head of Product Development, she led the development of products, adding EAP, Wellness and Empowered Health to the company’s portfolio. Under her leadership, Health Advocate grew from an idea to a company servicing over 40 million members by the time it was sold 12 years later.

Currently, Kelly is the COO and Co-Founder of the newly formed Quarvis Health, Inc (a merger between HandsFree Health and Sibly, Inc).  Kelly oversees all aspects of product development, marketing and operations. She has been recognized as an Inspirational Woman Leader in technology by Authority Magazine
